Membership

The annual membership is $20 for household and can be paid at the office in the Clubhouse. As a member you can vote at the New Brighton Community Association AGMs and moreover, during any regular meeting you can put your name forward to join the Board.

The NBCA membership gives residents access to the premium tools in the community Tool Shed.

The Tool Shed is a joint project between NBCA and NBRA that offers the New Brighton residents free access to a variety of tools. Sometimes you need a specific tool for a specific unic project so there is no point in buying a tool that you will use only once – take advantage of the tools that we have available for you, for free.
